A clear delivery model, with a documented decision at every stage.

Each phase ends with an agreed, written decision, so scope, risk and ownership stay clear from the first workshop to the final handover.

01

Assess

Understand your estate

We inventory your environment with tooling rather than relying on a CMDB or spreadsheet, so the assessment reflects what is actually running, including what nobody knew about.

Design

Agree the architecture

We produce the architecture with a written record of each significant choice: what we considered, what we picked and what it costs later. Acceptance criteria are agreed here.

Build

Deliver in increments

Work ships in two-week increments, each ending in something you can review. Code lands in your repository as we write it, so progress is always visible and always yours.

Operate

Run it or hand it over

We run the service under an SLA, or hand it to your team with runbooks and recorded sessions. We have no preference between the two and no commercial reason to push either.

Runbooks and SLA
Standards

Engineering standards that hold up in production.

  • Everything as code

Click-configured infrastructure cannot be reviewed, reproduced or rolled back. It is also how estates end up in the state we usually find them in.

  • Decisions on the record

In eighteen months someone will ask why it was built this way. The answer should be a document, not a guess from whoever is still there.

  • Tested, not assumed

We have lost count of the estates with nightly backups and no successful restore on record. Failover gets failed over. Backups get restored.

  • Security reviews every design

Our security people review the other teams' work by default. It slows a design down by a day and has caught things that would have cost far more later.

  • A runbook per procedure

If we hand your team an operational task, they get the procedure and the rollback with it. Handing over a responsibility without the instructions is not a handover.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price

Where the scope can genuinely be defined, we price it and carry the estimating risk ourselves. Where it cannot, we say so rather than pretending.

Commercials

Transparent, predictable commercials.

Fixed fee for assessments and defined builds, milestones for larger programmes, a twelve-month retainer for managed services, and a share of verified savings for cloud cost work. We carry the estimating risk wherever the scope can honestly be pinned down.

Let's scope your project.
